August’s mixed case is all about super dry fresh whites and soft mellow reds. It’s a month for relaxing, unwinding and forgetting about all your troubles. Nothing too fussy or complicated here just 6 wines that are filled with pure pleasure. The Chablis should provide a wee treat and is perfect with shell fish or as a stimulating aperitif whilst the Falerio and Macabeo both provide a bit of Mediterranean (Or Adriatic to be more precise) joy! All three of the reds are low tannin and super silky with easy going soft bramble fruits.
