Pasada Pastrana Manzanilla from Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana is an amazingly complex Manzanilla, produced from a single vineyard which sits near the sea and benefits from the prevailing cool breeze. It has a slightly darker colour due to extended gaining and is bursting with classic aromas of salted almonds, along with tangy apple and citrus fruit notes. It is a beautifully light and dry Manzanilla with wonderful aromatics, flor notes and a long savoury finish.
Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana was established in 1792 and is one of the oldest producers in the region. They are located in Sanlucar de Barrameda, the home of Manzanilla, and are owned and run by the eighth generation of the founding family.
