Port of Leith Pedro Ximenenz is a lovely example of this naturally sweet style of Sherry which goes brilliantly with vanilla ice cream. It is rich, decadent, unctuous and packed with Christmas cake aromas of raisins, fig, prunes and coffee along with a lovely chocolate note.

In their search for Port and Sherry barrels to age the Whisky in, the boys thought it would be fun to also buy the wine that was originally in the barrels. This has forged a strong relationship between both Martha’s Family Estate in the Douro and Bodegas Baron in Jerez and allows consumers to see the work of the barrel at different stages of its life.
