Chateau Mercian is a refreshing and elegant white made from Koshu, Japan’s indigenous grape variety. The wine has delicate citrus and pear fruit flavours, a tangy green note and richer notes on the palate from its time spend aging on its lies. There is a Muscadet vibe about this wine, which is obviously a very positive vibe to have.
