Prosecco 'Riflessi' Masottina NV

Prosecco Riflessi DOC is made for us by the excellent Masottina, who are amongst the very finest Prosecco producers in northern Italy. They embody everything that is excellent about Prosecco and constantly remind us of why we fell in love with this classic Italian sparkling wine. Lovely citrus and grapefruit notes dominate the nose with more tropical notes on the palate. The wine is dry, not bone dry and has fine lingering bubbles and a silky finish. This is a classic expression of the famous wine and remains a firm favourite.

Masottina is a family-owned operation based near Conegliano, Veneto in the heart of Prosecco land. It was founded in 1946 by Epifanio Dal Bianco who started to expand the family’s vineyards and was one of the first to realise the potential of the area. The company is now run by his three sons, Adriano, Valerio & Renzo. Quality is at the heart of the company and this really shows through in the wines. They are classic expressions of Prosecco which delight at a great price.
