The Domaine is run by Jean’s grandson Fabien. Fabien is a young and extremely talented winemaker. His wines are instantly appealing due to a long elevage which gives the wines texture, intense fruit but with the underlying minerality that makes them fresh and vibrant. It is a modern and true expression of this famous region, and we are really pleased to have Fabien’s wines. Just to confirm – he is no relation to any other Dauvissats from Chablis!
