Domaine Talmard is a 40 hectare Domaine located just outside Uchizy in southern Burgundy. It is owned and run by Benjamin and Mallory Talmard who took over from Mallory’s father, Paul in 1997. They only plant Chardonnay and keep yields to 68hl/ha.
