Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Rapaura Springs Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh and vibrant wine, packed with expressive fruit – pink grapefruit, nectarine, passionfruit – along with lifted herbal notes and lovely mineral notes. It’s a beautiful style which combines the tropical elements of Marlborough with the mineral elements of Sancerre to make a wine of amazing quality and value.

Rapaura Springs is a relatively new winery, even by New Zealand standards, which was created by the Neylon Family in the early noughties. They released their first vintage in 2007. The Neylon family were originally in the mussel business before purchasing land for orchards which was later converted to vineyards. The Rapaura Spings property was purchased in 1985 and the winery was built in 2005. The spring at Rapaura does exist just in case you thought it was a made-up brand name! The winery consistently wins awards all over the world and makes a range a super wine that is full of fruit and enjoyment.
