Port of Leith Distillery White Port is one of those wines that you’d never think of drinking, but when you do, you wonder how you went so long without it. It is full of stone fruit, apricot, floral notes and summer meadow flavours. It is delicious on its own or even better when mixed with tonic and a wedge of lime.

In their search for Port and Sherry barrels to age the Whisky in, the boys thought it would be fun to also buy the wine that was originally in the barrels. This has forged a strong relationship between both Martha’s Family Estate in the Douro and Bodegas Baron in Jerez and allows consumers to see the work of the barrel at different stages of its life.
