Pfluger Blanc de Noir ROSE 2023

Pfluger Blanc de Noirs (Pinot Noir Rose) is a delicate and fragrant rose with aromas of quince and mirabelle plums. It has an elegant structure and appealing lightness that builds to a juicy, refreshing finish. Goes really well with a good book!

The young and dynamic Alexander Pfluger makes the type of wines you just want to drink. Alexander’s father focused on an all-natural approach to wine making back in the day when nobody dared to adopt such a holistic approach and when most hipsters were but a twinkle in their father’s eye. The wines are certified by the Demeter and Ecovin growers associations and Alexander has a real passion for the soil and terroir which is why he uses the Gütswein, Ortswein and Lagenwein labelling system. The wines really blew us away. They are complex and thought provoking but utterly delicious and drinkable at the same time.
