Mentzendorff Kummel is a luscious caraway seed based spirit which is most commonly consumed as a digestive. It has aromas of aniseed, cumin and hints of orange zest on the nose. The palate is sweet, filing the mouth with flavours of caraway, liquorice and white pepper.
It is best served over ice, as a Silver Bullet (Gin, Kummel & lemon juice) or as a longer drink with soda.
