Idle Assembly is a skilled blend of rums aged between five and twenty years in white oak casks that have previously held American Bourbon and represents "a tour of the Caribbean in a bottle" from the finest producers of ingredients; aged rums from Trinidad and Tobago, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Panama.
A fabulous sipping rum, this is dry, oaky and smooth and packed full of character. With no added sugar or colouring the palate is super pure and round, not sickly sweet, complex and a rather wonderful thing to savour.
