Cote-Rotie 'Colline de Couzou' Domaine Bonnefond 2015 Magnum

Cote Rotie 'Colline de Couzou’ is made from parcels of Syrah grapes grown on a combination of Schist and granite soils located in the north and south of the appellation. It is a generous and deep wine with plum and ripe black fruit notes. There is a nice floral edge to the nose along with cherry, liquorice and cracked black pepper. Dark, bold and gorgeous.

Domaine Bonnefond was taken over by brothers Patrick and Christophe Bonnefond in 1990 and now comprises 10 hectares of vineyards spread across several different locations within Cote Rotie, Condrieu and the surrounding area which is classified as IGP 'Collines Rhodaniennes'.
