Chateau Les Clauzots is a forward and silky blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot from the southern Graves region of Bordeaux. It is a rich and structured wine ripe black fruit, cassis and blueberry notes. There is a generous helping of sweet spice notes, vanilla and dark chocolate which are perfectly balanced with the fruit and underlying graphite notes. Lovely wine.

Chateau Les Clauzots is in Saint-Pierre-de-Mons, in the Graves region of Bordeaux. It is owned by Frederic and Isabelle Tach who work the vineyards along side their highly qualified sons Adrian and Maxim. This is a true family affair who are in pursuit of quality and perfectly balance the inherited wisdom of previous generations with modern knowledge and technology. The result is wines of great character which are true to their soils. The estate now consists of 37 hectares spread over a diverse mix of soils.
