Miles has been making his own wine since 2004 and until 2018 also held down the position of head wine maker at Tokara. If the past few years he has expanded both his production and range and now makes his wine at two different locations. Miles has a very simple approach and believes in sourcing the best grapes from the best vineyards, picking them at the right time and then guiding them through the natural process in order to produce the most expressive wines possible. Production is limited to 80 tons and focuses on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. These are truly handcrafted and wonderful wines.
